Jake R. Whitmire – Attorney at Law

Jake R. Whitmire is an Oregon attorney practicing in the areas of estate planning, probate, and business formation law.

Mr. Whitmire received a Bachelor of Science degree in Natural Resources with an emphasis in Natural Resource Policy and Environmental Law from Oregon State University, and his Juris Doctor Degree from Regent University. He is a member of the Oregon State Bar, Jackson County Bar Association and is admitted to practice before all the state courts in the state of Oregon.

Mr. Whitmire grew up in Grants Pass, and now resides in Eagle Point with his wife and their three children. He enjoys spending time with his family in the outdoors, competing in shooting competitions, and serving on the board of his local church and is a member of the school board. Mr. Whitmire has clients throughout the State of Oregon. Mr. Whitmire frequently shares with business and civic groups, and teaches public seminars on topics of estate planning and the benefits of a living trust. Jake is passionate about supporting local children and teens through Youth 715 Ministries and Hearts with a Mission.
