Jake R. Whitmire is an Oregon attorney practicing in the areas of estate planning, probate, business formation, and guardianship/conservatorship law. 
Mr. Whitmire received a Bachelor of Science degree in Natural Resources with an emphasis in Natural Resource Policy and Environmental Law from Oregon State University, and his Juris Doctor Degree from Regent University. He is a member of the Oregon State Bar, Jackson County Bar Association and is admitted to practice before all the state courts in the state of Oregon.
Mr. Whitmire grew up in Grants Pass, and now resides in Eagle Point with his wife, their two sons and daughter. Mr. Whitmire’s main office is in Medford, with satellite offices in Roseburg and Grants Pass. Mr. Whitmire frequently shares with business and civic groups, and public seminars, on topics of estate planning.
James H. Smith is an Oregon Attorney who specializes in estate planning primarily with the use of a Loving Trust.

He is certified as a Loving Trust attorney and a member of the National Network of Estate planning Attorneys. Mr. Smith received a Bachelor of Science degree from Oregon State University and his Juris Doctor Degree from Willamette University College of Law, where he graduated in 1971. He is a member of the Oregon State Bar, Jackson County Bar Association, and is admitted to practice before all the Courts in the state of Oregon and the United States Federal Court.
Mr. Smith has his primary office in Medford, Oregon where he has lived with his wife and family since 1974. Mr. Smith travels to Grants Pass, Roseburg and Klamath Falls to provide complete estate planning for his clients. In addition, he is a frequent speaker for business and civic groups and often provides estate planning instructions seminars for the public, emphasizing the Loving Trust as a means of protecting a family’s wealth both during life and after death.
